El seu temps d&#8217;oci, el temps per dedicar-li a la fam\u00edlia i als fills, sentir-se a gust en el treball que exerceix&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Al mateix temps, les empreses han apr\u00e8s a no basar la productivitat en el nombre d&#8217;hores, sin\u00f3 en la motivaci\u00f3 del treballador i de l&#8217;equip.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;aquesta forma, es produeix una interacci\u00f3 perfecta entre el que l&#8217;empresa desitja, que \u00e9s la productivitat i estabilitat del seu equip, i el que el treballador necessita que \u00e9s motivaci\u00f3 emocional i tot aix\u00f2 articulat entorn d&#8217;una s\u00e8rie de beneficis sovint intangibles, per\u00f2 de vital import\u00e0ncia per a l&#8217;estil de vida que desitja el treballador.<\/p>\n<h2>Com funciona el salari emocional?<\/h2>\n<p>Encara que els incentius que poden compondre aquest paquet poden ser d&#8217;all\u00f2 m\u00e9s variat i originals, hi ha alguns elements fonamentals que solen formar part del paquet de forma ineludible.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Possibilitat d&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 dins de la pr\u00f2pia empresa<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Posem aquest element en primer lloc per la seva transcend\u00e8ncia.
