“HR and CSDR Data Specialist”

We are looking for a person interested in joining a Multinational Group, with different production centres in Spain, where you will have the opportunity to develop the company plans.

Some key duties include leading and participating in the development and implementation of best practises in people management process and culture. We are looking for someone who knows how to listen to and understand others, and can adapt and be relatable to a diverse range of stake-holders with a strong willingness to learn.

You will be responsible, in association with other company's HR teams, for ensuring that the businesses in Southern Europe comply with the new European Directive on corporate business sustainability, and periodically collate and prepare the data in line with the required deadlines. You will also be involved in and report on broader strategic KPI’s on a periodic basis including the ‘People Passionate’ which identifies key deliverables for talent, succession, engagement and leadership capability. This will entail working closing with the management teams, across all businesses, ensuring the people initiatives are understood, and monitoring the objectives to ensure their achievement.

This is a stable position, with the opportunity to lead and coordinate projects across the business, supported by the Division's head office. You will also work with the Management team in each business to support their people plans and developing retention and attraction plans.
